FAQs
Can this class help me become a professional bartender?
Yes — this class is designed to give you a strong foundation in bartending, with a focus on real-world techniques, service flow, and industry standards. While no class guarantees a job, you'll leave with the confidence, skill set, and practical knowledge many employers look for.
Do I need previous bartending experience?
Not at all. This class is built for beginners and intermediate-level learners. Whether you're brand new or just looking to polish your skills, you'll be able to follow along and grow.
Where is the class located?
Classes are held at Dead Line, a working cocktail bar located in the heart of Pioneer Square, Seattle. You’ll be learning behind a real bar, not in a simulated classroom.
How long is the class and what is the schedule?
The full course runs 8 hours, from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a lunch break included. You'll be on your feet and behind the bar for most of the day — just like a real shift.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just yourself! All tools, ingredients, and materials will be provided. Comfortable shoes and a readiness to learn (and shake) are recommended.
What’s the cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Within 7 days, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but refunds are not guaranteed. No-shows are non-refundable.
